It’s so rare when one of our ineffable projects around the world is captured through documentary footage. Here, Carmen’s project in the DRC is beautifully preserved and shared by the UN Televison. Special credit goes to the State Department’s Steve Weeks for having the vision and determination to forward this project and the ECA Bureau for providing the funding. ARS Bureau in Paris got us to Kinshasa in the first place which was the fuse that set everything in motion. Thanks to all!
